Fusion Shave Ice is a women-owned business striving to bring delicious and authentic shave ice to our community. Our ice is shaved so thin it just melts in your mouth! Our syrups are made from organic sugar and real fruit purées leaving you with a taste of tropical bliss. We offer amazing flavors like white peach, lychee, guava, and strawberry. You can also customize your shave ice by adding many different toppings such as ice cream, mochi, condensed milk, Li-Hing Mui powder and so much more! Many of our fresh fruits are from local farms right here in Oregon as we love supporting our local small businesses. Fusion Shave Ice is a mobile cart that can come to any event to help you cool down from that summer heat while you enjoy our wonderful treat! Fusion Shave Ice is a mobile cart that can come to any private event! To lock in the date, time, and crew, we require a 2 hour minimum and a 50% non-refundable deposit that goes towards the total balance once the event is completed. All event packages are unlimited shave ice. We are also open to customizing packages for your specific needs as long as it is within our full menu items.
