Fusion Shave Ice is a woman-owned business striving to bring authentic, melt-in-your-mouth shave ice. Our syrups are made from organic cane sugar and real fruit purées leaving you with a taste of tropical bliss. Choose from our amazing flavors like white peach, lychee, guava, and strawberry, or customize your shave ice! Add ice cream, mochi, condensed milk, Li-Hing Mui powder and so much more!
We source from local farms right here in Oregon as we love supporting our local small businesses. Fusion Shave Ice is a mobile cart that can come to any event to help you cool down from that summer heat while you enjoy our wonderful treat!
